We now seek a Claims Processing Agent to join our Claims Department at our site in Bedworth.

 

About the role

 

On a day to day basis, this role will be responsible for accurately applying codes to invoices, in preparation for processing. This will involve preparing batches of work for more efficient processing and data entry into our in-house system. High levels of accuracy will be used to ensure that correct information is inputted on behalf of our customers and agents.


The role is based on a 25hr working week with flexible shift patterns and initially, will be provided on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

The Team – Customer Support

The Customer Support department is open seven days a week, between 07:00-22:00 from Monday-Friday and 08:00-20:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Team Leaders will work on a 37.5 hour contract on a flexible rota within these hours including an average of three weekends in eight.

The Team – Customer Support

The Customer Support department is open seven days a week, between 07:00-22:00 from Monday-Friday and 08:00-20:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Team Leaders will work on a 37.5 hour contract on a flexible rota within these hours including an average of three weekends in eight.
