Provide all internal and external customers with high levels of service
Provide technical assistance with future Voice network changes, upgrades and migrations, carrying out configurations and administration tasks ensuring accurate documentation at all times.
Follow ITIL best practice for incident, problem and change adhering to Domestic and General’s policies
Work with key business stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the usage of the given technologies and to identify any product enhancements that will drive efficiencies

About the role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work in partnership with our brands, making our customers aware of the additional products they can purchase for added peace of mind. You will engage with a warm customer base who require your expert guidance and support, ensuring that their needs are appropriately tailored for.

Working in a team of up to 15 Sales professionals, you’ll enjoy a vibrant workplace in a fantastic city centre location.
