I’m proud to lead a global team and love travelling to meet with our teams as my functions are represented in every D&G office across all territories. I enjoy learning about the local culture in each location and take time to listen to how we can become even more effective as a global team. We are on a journey but making great progress.

I have enjoyed a fantastic career journey in Domestic & General over the last 4 years. I have had the great fortune to be involved in a number of different parts of the business and lead some fantastic teams. D&G is a company where you can really make a difference every day. D&G is full of aspiration and opportunity, and despite being a hugely successful company, it maintains a feeling of a small team all working together to grow the business and deliver for our customers every day!

I joined D&G in January 2018 as Supplier and Heating Service Director to lead the operational delivery for Scottish Power. Together, my team and I manage the operational relationships of the heating original manufacturer’s (OEMs), John Lewis, Amazon and our service network who carry out over 500K repairs a year across all sectors in the UK and Eire. Working closely with our partners, we have delivered safe, effective, and extremely important service to our customers.

You will learn loads in a supportive environment and will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of different products and with some of the UK’s biggest brands. You’ll also get to work with some innovative, market leading agencies.

I’ve worked in our Internal Communications team for well over a year now, and I love it. Our hybrid working offering really supports my work-life balance and I can be where I’m most productive depending on what I’m working on. And of course, the people are great, I really do have some fantastic colleagues!

D&G is rapidly expanding in the USA and being part of a team building from the ground up is a great opportunity for long-term career advancement. The US team is focused on high growth while preserving a strong culture and learning from the unique skills new employees offer. Although, we in the US are a small team, we have the backing of D&G’s 100 year+ expertise allowing us to start with proven best practices to accelerate our growth.
