The Client Service Control Team act as a support function for Service, Supply Chain & Claims (SSC), overseeing the proactive management and conclusion of investigations impacting the Client Services performance and its customers.

The Vacancy:
The role of the Client Service Coordinator holds responsibility for the day-to-day management of major client and retailer accounts. This is a proactive role, which will require an in-depth knowledge of D&G client relationship strategies, with the ability to liaise at all levels both externally and internally.
In conjunction with the Client Service Managers, you will also be responsible for delivering and monitoring all client financial and repair quality key performance indicators. You’ll also offer further support in handling client projects and implementation of company strategic goals.

We are looking for someone who can:
- Support the warranty relationships with selected manufacturers / major clients to ensure the clients expectations are met in a timely manner.
- Support the Client Manager to ensuring we are controlling and monitoring claims submissions and maintaining service quality.
- Responsible for various queries received from each manufacturer / major client via e-mail and telephone, etc., and reply in a timely manner.
- Assist with the developing all service-related client processes to ensure ongoing operational excellence.
- Assist the Network and Process team to successfully deliver our new business objectives and ad hoc projects.
- Assist with the Control and monitoring claims activity and produce and circulate to all stakeholder regular financial performance reports.
- As and when requested participate in testing for system and process enhancements.
- Provide support for the Client Manager with various actions arising from their client meetings and providing statistical information for future meetings.
- Assist with the delivery and implementation of new business within the department ensuring all information is provided to the relevant teams.
- Support the Client Manager to ensure all commercial terms are in place and functional within external departments prior to scheme launch.
