Why is it so Important to Celebrate Success?


In the aftermath of two brand new client wins, our UK Sales Director Kam Kandola tells us why it’s vital to celebrate success as a team…

Having worked tirelessly to win and launch two major new clients, we thought it was vital to reward the hard work of the teams who made it happen. We’re proud to have developed a culture where success is celebrated, and where we can show we value and appreciate those involved in these fantastic wins.

To mark winning and launching a new partnership with Sony PlayStation, we held a retro gaming event for all staff to participate and be involved with. It’s not often you come to work and find yourself surrounded by retro games consoles: Sega Megadrives, Nintendo 64s, Sega Saturns, Ataris – all of our childhoods rolled into one spectacular nostalgia trip. But this was the case for our colleagues in our Wimbledon headquarters last week.

We were also celebrating our new partnership with Signet. With the jeweller encompassing major brands including H Samuel, Ernest Jones and Leslie Davis, we gave away multiple vouchers to those in attendance, as well as creating great imagery with key facts and imagery from both clients. And yes, it would be remiss not to mention that there were a few celebratory beverages.

As we re-lived console classics such as GoldenEye 007, Super Mario Kart, Sonic the Hedgehog and Bomberman, as well as cutting edge gaming such as FIFA 16, it was surprisingly easy to forget how hard we’d all worked. The hours, days, weeks and months of hard graft were quickly forgotten in the elation of delivering brilliantly to deadline, and the chance to celebrate our latest success as one team….
