Great things are happening in the Brighton Contact Centre, we have invested £1.4 million to modernise our working environment, set up a LGBTQ+ group and raised a large sum of money for our charity of the year, Martlets Hospice. By investing in our local community, we hope to give back to our customers, our people and our city.

Our head office is based in Wimbledon, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Wimbledon station. Wimbledon station offers great transport links including the District line (underground), train, bus and tram network. London Waterloo can be reached on the train in just 17 minutes.
Our head office is the support centre for our contact centre operations and includes teams such as Digital, Marketing, Technology & Change, Commercial, Finance and HR. Our International team is also based in this building.
