As our Talent Acquisition (TA) Assessment Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the team of Assessment Specialists. You’ll be focused on driving forward our candidate evaluation and selection capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of talent assessment across the function.

What will you be doing?

  • Inspire and empower a team of Assessment Specialists to deliver the full hiring journey for agents
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members
  • Ensure the consistent application of assessment tools and techniques across the function
  • Develop and maintain quality control measures for all assessment processes including regular audits, to ensure accuracy and fairness
  • Evaluate and recommend new assessment tools and technologies, driving innovation and best practice.
  • Identify opportunities to improve TA performance metrics, hiring technology and people capabilities.
  • Present assessment insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Manage capacity to ensure the team deliver results, in line with the resource plan

So, what do we need from you?

  • Proven recruitment professional with an understanding of hiring best practise and assessment tools
  • Exposure working in a high-volume hiring environment; with an understanding of driving the hiring funnel, to meet hiring plans
  • A real-life Operational (contact centre) awareness, particularly within a high-volume environment (Sales & Service), ideally regulated.
  • An appreciation of the early life phase (first 13 week’s) of an agent role and being mindful, of your influence on this journey.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

The Contact Centre Agency Relationship Lead plays a pivotal role in driving quality and value from our agency partners.

Focusing on relationship management of our contact centre agency partners, the role will oversee performance in respect of overall delivery, quality and process adherence. The role will also ensure alignment to TA hiring strategy, candidate experience and employer brand ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an effective relationship with our agency partners, ensuring delivery of volume resourcing requirements into the contact centre
  • Implement and embed process efficiencies to enable high performance
  • Define appropriate service levels, using key metrics and develop vendor reporting packs
  • Responsible for KPI development, external benchmarking and continuous improvement efforts
  • Review and establish key performance indicators and drive adherence to SLAs on a regular basis
  • Partner with CC Hiring team to ensure consistent hiring approaches and candidate journeys

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working in recruitment agency, high volume recruiting environments is essential
  • In-house recruitment experience beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management experience through demonstrated working relationships
  • Good understanding of full life-cycle recruitment practices and key stages in the recruiting lifecycle to be able to deliver volume hiring outcomes
  • Ability to manage, interpret and present data in a consistent format for regular feedback and review
  • Highly organised and process-focused, with a continuous improvement approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of employment laws and FCA regulations related to hiring
