We have a fantastic opportunity for an EU Performance Specialist to join our Performance Operations department here at Domestic & General. The role will lead forecasting and trend analysis as well as claims data analysis for the EU.

This role will provide strategic decision support to optimise performance in the EU of contact centres, BPOs and repair networks.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of contact centre operations

• Identify and implement efficiency improvements

• Perform root cause analysis for service level and performance challenges

Forecasting & Scheduling

• Develop data-driven budgeting and forecasting models

• Support strategic planning for EU operations

Claims Analysis

• Lead in-depth analysis of claims data

• Identify trends, assess risks, and uncover cost-saving opportunities

• Develop actionable insights to improve claims processes

Project Support

• Support with ad-hoc reviews and business case analyses

• Provide strategic decision support for EU markets
