  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Sounds good? There’s more…

  • Through hybrid working and embracing digital technology, we have enabled greater flexibility in how and where we work. Our everyday flexibility approach means we don’t mandate office days, instead we ask that if and when you attend the office, it’s with purpose to collaborate and support colleagues and stakeholders.
  • If you live within a commutable distance from one of our state-of-the-art working environments you’ll be working side by side with our TA team and wider People Team, who mostly work out of Nottingham and Wimbledon.
  • We’ll provide all the support you need to be successful in the role, including training and ongoing coaching and support.
  • With over 50% of our direct hires made internally in 2023, you’ll be part of a special team here at D&G, with opportunities to grow and develop your own career.

At Domestic & General, we are proud of our 100-year legacy and excited about our future growth plans. We are expanding our horizons, entering new markets and territories internationally and we need your expertise to help us on the journey.
