Location: Flexible with the opportunity to work in our Nottingham office, on a Hybrid basis.

As a Resourcing Advisor within our contact centre focused recruitment team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our operations related support roles.

You’ll play a key part in recruiting for more mid to senior leadership roles in the operation, whilst also hiring for our key support functions in this space such as, Quality Assurance, Resource Planning, Scheduling, Claims & Service to name a few.

What will you be doing?

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for contact centre support roles, including pro-actively sourcing talent.
  • Provide best practice advice to hiring managers and coaching competence and consistency.
  • Report on key metrics to establish trends and monitor success.
  • Engage with external sites including LinkedIn and Indeed. Drive candidate attraction and use direct sourcing methods to proactively source top talent.
  • Contribute to project work, supporting the Talent Acquisition Strategy and enabling the business to effectively deliver objectives and key results.
  • Focus on direct hiring in all cases, keeping external agency use to a minimum.
  • Effectively screen candidate applications and conduct effective telephone interviews.
  • Follow compliance standards, in relation to new hire screening processes.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers, collate outcomes and constructive feedback for candidates. Manage the delivery of outcomes to provide the best candidate journey possible.
  • Manage efficient use of our ATS, including the processing of offers.
  • Deliver a first-class candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.

So, what do we need from you?

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Nottingham based team, so ideally, you will have a background in either in-house or agency recruitment dealing with roles at a variety of levels.

You will be working with a close-knit and supportive team, who play a central and pivotal role within the HR function. The ability to build effective stakeholder relationships will be key to success in this role, whilst being able to pivot and re-prioritise where needed. You will also be able to bring the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates under time constraints.

  • Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing volume recruitment in an FCA contact centre environment.
