The Team

The Seamless Claims team are at the centre of how we service our customers – with squads focused on scaling our global products, through to those managing and evolving our API landscape with our partners, as well as those pushing our digital service capabilities forward. Providing a great service to customers when they claim on their policies is a key driver of retention and creating a seamless claims experience online is not only an expectation of our customers but also a big support to our call centres.

The Role

The Product Owner for our Digital Service products in our Seamless Claims squad is at the forefront of creating great service for our customers. By continuously researching and exploring the business landscape as well as advancements in the industry (and beyond) they capture requirements, understand & map existing processes, and transmit crystal-clear user stories to the development teams.

An eye for detail and exceptional communication skills will be vital assets as you interview stakeholders, distil clarity from complexity, and design the to-be state of fundamental processes.
