We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Product and Technology team.

The role:

You will take ownership for the identification, refinement, and articulation of the Product requirements (in the form of high-quality user stories and epics) to the wider product team, ensuring absolute clarity for the developers and the wider business.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the requirements definition & refinement for the Portals squad and additional B2B squads when required

Works collaboratively with the Product Owner, development team, and business stakeholders to clearly communicate product requirements through precise User Story articulation

Supports the development team with requirements clarification during build ensuring an aligned single product vision

Desired experience and skills:

  • Business analysis techniques, including analysis documentation & diagrams
  • Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and product management fundamentals
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • REST API technology
  • Mapping and designing customer journeys, business processes, and product storyboards for development teams to deliver a functional
  • Experience in working in Agile teams especially SCRUM methodology
