We have an exciting opportunity for an Analytics Manager to join our Marketing & Customer Analytics team here at Domestic & General.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Customer Analytics, you will lead a team to provide actionable insights to ensure data is at the heart of business decisions.
This role will lead from an analytical perspective within a multifunctional tribe whose focus is growth through direct campaigning. You will be a motivated, curious and analytically minded person who enjoys driving positive business outcomes using data.

Key role responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to the on-going development of the direct marketing strategy
- Ability to analyse, communicate and explain analytical projects in a way that will influence key stakeholders from across the business.
- Identify KPIs and metrics to track and monitor performance of the campaigns
- Utilising existing data sources from across the business and new data sources to improve campaigns and identify new marketing touchpoints
- Build out a test and learn process through campaign set up to measurement across the channels to incrementally improve results
- Manage an Analyst to support the Marketing objectives and personal development
- Be an advocate for analytics across internal and external stakeholders
Skills and experience required:
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex analysis to non-technical colleagues clearly
- Innovative and pragmatic problem solver.
- Self-motivated and confident
- Strong delivery, results orientated
- Degree level in a mathematical / logical subject
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of statistical techniques
Desirable skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an analytical role from a Warranty or Insurance Background
- Experience of using cloud-based technologies i.e. AWS/Azure
- Working in fast paced, agile teams
