About the Role

 

 

As a Customer Support Advisor in our Repair & Protect team, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have a fault with an appliance, that is no longer covered by a manufacturers guarantee. Using exceptional customer service skills, you’ll gain a full understanding of the customers issue in order to provide the most suitable solution for repair. You’ll also have the opportunity to support other area’s of the business, such as our Registrations department, where you will receive calls from customers who wish to register their new appliances.

 

In both cases, you will be working in partnership with our clients and other brands, to make customers aware of additional products they can purchase for added peace of mind, whilst focusing on achieving sales targets and KPI's.

About the Role

 

 

As a Customer Support Advisor in our Repair & Protect team, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have a fault with an appliance, that is no longer covered by a manufacturers guarantee. Using exceptional customer service skills, you’ll gain a full understanding of the customers issue in order to provide the most suitable solution for repair. You’ll also have the opportunity to support other area’s of the business, such as our Registrations department, where you will receive calls from customers who wish to register their new appliances.

 

In both cases, you will be working in partnership with our clients and other brands, to make customers aware of additional products they can purchase for added peace of mind, whilst focusing on achieving sales targets and KPI's.

Please note that this role will be home based initially, with the potential for a mix of office and home-based working in the future. You will therefore need to live within a commutable distance, from our office in the Nottingham city centre.
