We are actively hiring a Workday System Manager to join our Development Team and manage the day-to-day activities of our new System, Workday. You will be responsible for hands on management of Workday. You will be acting as second line support for Users and managing – third party vendors who will provide 3rd line support, and ultimately Workday who are 4th line support.

You will:

• Have overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday Finance system

• Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.

• Lead governance process, road-mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning

• Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring requirements are met.

• Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements

• Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.

• Take overall accountability for data governance, security, and compliance

• Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.

Reporting to the Workday Finance System Manager, you will be a key part of the team in charge of Workday integration at Domestic & General. The candidate will oversee existing integrations and integrating new applications and providing high level support to our internal customers. Results oriented and obsessed with Quality of Service. You will also take a lead of large data related activities (usually related to Enterprise Interface Builders) and customer report creation and amendments.

In this role, you will:

· Investigate and analyse complex technical incidents received from support and identify if root cause is data, configuration, or a technical issue

· Perform impact analysis, recommend solution(s), implement changes for issues detected in Workday custom integrations

· Identify possible performance improvements for Workday custom integrations

· Recognize patterns / re-occurrence of incidents, and propose technical and process improvements to minimize volume/ magnitude of impact

· Participate in ticket escalation meetings to discuss investigation and solution strategies

· Collaborate effectively with other Workday support specialists across modules or business areas within the greater team, and raise tickets to appropriate groups when work is out of scope of the support team’s area or application portfolio

The Intelligent Service Product Manager is a new role that has been created to deliver a step change in how we help our customers to fix their appliances. The role will initially manage one scrum team focussed on delivering solutions to fix appliances without an engineer having to visit the property – an initiative we call ‘Softfix’ at Domestic & General. The end goal for this position is deliver and evolve products that utilises multiple data sources to deliver a seamless journey for customers (and non-customers) to service their appliances, using data as an input. As the limits of technology advance, we know that we need to take advantage of the growing power of generative AI to bring cutting-edge service to our customers – this role will be at the centre of defining and building these capabilities.

This is a high profile role and will require a Product Manager who’s comfortable with creating innovative products and experienced in working with a blank canvas.
