We are delighted to announce that we will be establishing a new flagship operations hub on Station Street in Nottingham’s city centre. This investment further cements our commitment to the city and we cannot wait to open our doors in Autumn 2022. Although we’ll retain the flexible working that we successfully introduced during the last year, we’ll be able to host over 1,300 members of our fantastic D&G team at the site through a hybrid working model. Our exciting plans unlock around £50m of direct investment for Nottingham through the development of our new home and the regeneration of our old space.

Our Brighton call centre is located in the heart of the city, walking distance from all major bus routes and a mere 8-minute walk from the mainline train station. Great things are happening in the Brighton Contact Centre, we have invested £1.4 million to modernise our working environment, set up a LGBTQ+ group and raised a large sum of money for our charity of the year, Martlets Hospice. By investing in our local community, we hope to give back to our customers, our people and our city.

Our head office is based in Wimbledon, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Wimbledon station. Our head office is the support centre for our contact centre operations and includes teams such as Digital, Marketing, Technology & Engineering, Commercial, Finance and HR. Our International team is also based in this building. We’re transforming our Wimbledon head office into a modern working environment that supports hybrid working, redesigned to offer technology enabled work environments to support hot desking and collaboration spaces.
