    This is your agreed basic salary plus any incentives or bonuses you are entitled to in your role.

    We offer a contributory stakeholder pension scheme subject to the rules of the scheme.

    From the day you join our organisation you will be covered for a death-in-service benefit paid at our discretion.

  • Holidays

    You can expect a minimum of 22 days annual leave rising to 25 after five years. On your 10th anniversary of working for us a bonus of two weeks' extra holiday will be agreed. Career breaks and sabbaticals are possible under certain circumstances.
