Our contact centre is based in the lively heart of Brighton city centre, and we now need engaging communicators to join our expanding Quality and Verification team. Our busy team of Verifiers audit all calls, emails and letters across various sites and ensure all sales made are compliant.
As Quality and Verification Agent you will play a key role in maintaining our high levels of service and quality. You will ensure our sales agents provide a consistent high quality service remaining compliant with various regulatory bodies including the FSA and IFSRA. Your day will be a mixture of 'live' call listening, scoring recorded calls and feeding back on any quality issues as well as getting involved in other key support activities.
To be a great Quality and Verification Agent you will be a first class communicator who is organised and resilient with strong analytical skills. With your good eye for detail and your acute listening skills you will be quick at picking up on mistakes and spotting errors. A contact centre background would be an advantage.
