Responsible for the development and execution of a variety of campaigns, projects and initiatives within the UK Marketing team. As part of the Product & Account Management function, you will develop comprehensive commercial and operational knowledge of the end to end process for delivering the warranty proposition within your business sector, developing relationships with clients and key internal business functions. You will take responsibility for key cross-sector projects, analyse and implement improvements to existing processes and develop new opportunities to increase warranty sales.
• Coordinate the set up of new accounts and schemes.
• Roll out recently launched new products to your sector(s).
• Produce and analyse reports on all KPIs and metrics, investigating performance variation from forecast.
• Develop and implement new product developments.
• Prepare for and attend external client meetings.
• Adhere to internal procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of the service to the client.
• Play a key role in the creative strategy.
• Develop working relationships with all key areas of the business to ensure product development and profitability opportunities are maximized.
• Intermediate level PC user of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
