To develop, agree and implement the Board's strategies with regard to the pricing, profitbility and statistics of the Group's warranty business.
To be a success in this role you will have a strong mathematical/analytical background with complimentary acedemics and strong commercial acumen. Requiring experience of monitoring and reporting using spreadsheet information and understanding commercial profitability.
- Take responsibility for new product pricing and modeling
- Produce financial forecasts for new and existing products.
-Asses risk factors of new and existing schemes and take corrective action where necessary to ensure profitabilty targetrs are met.
- Work closely with Directors / Managers / Operational team.
- Develop team / department members to take a full and responsible part in supporting and developing the Underwriting & Statistics function.

- You will have a strong mathematical or finance based background.
- Be an analytical thinker and have a sound understanding of risk management.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Business and commercial awareness.
- Currently in a pricing or business modelling type role.
- Possess advanced Excel skills.
- Language skills (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish) desireable but not essential.
