Finding out more

Through the encouragement and support of my managers and peers, I developed skills I would not have been aware could lead me to the roles I have encountered. A journey to a career I never knew was possible.

Deborah Martin, SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Contrary to popular perceptions, call centres offer real career opportunities rather than being 'just a job'. We have extensive training and development programmes, which offer the skills to become a team leader and move all the way up to call centre manager. Call centres are not about short-term work and a 'stop gap' whilst looking at another career. There are real opportunities to progress just as there are in other sectors.

Tracy Burrell, HR MANAGER

I was given great support and carefully planned training to develop at D&G. I worked hard and was made Account Executive at 19, before becoming an account manager at 21. I was really impressed with the career development opportunities at D&G. Four years later I’m a call centre manager and I love my job.
