Your learning journey begins the moment you start working for the company. From your first day you will embark on an induction programme tailored to your area of business.
The training you receive will be delivered via various learning methods that may include class room training and on the job training.
This includes soft skills, product knowledge and system training. We believe if your learning is varied you will continue to develop and grow with the business.
Learning should be continuous and over your first 8 weeks you will be supported with feedback and coaching from your line manager and members of our in house training function.
As you progress with the company you may wish to study for a professional qualification and if your line manager feels you have potential you may request the company to support your continual professional development.
Qualifications our employees have undertaken in the past include: MA in Personnel and Development, The Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Leadership and Management, CIPD, BA Hons in Business Management and other professional accreditations.
