Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. As a contact centre agent, team leader or manager you’ll act as an ambassador for Domestic & General contact centres.
Based in either Brighton or Nottingham you’ll join a team of hardworking contact centre professionals where you will interact with our customers and be the first point of contact for enquiries and calls.
We actively look for a range of transferable skills within our contact centres including a sales background, not just call centre experience.
