The Basics
All of our positions come with 25 days holiday and we reward those who stay with the company for at least 10 years by giving them an extra two weeks’ annual leave.
After three months of joining us you’ll be enrolled into our pension scheme. You’re entitled to a death in service benefit from day one.
Career breaks and sabbaticals are possible under certain circumstances.
Day to day benefits
It’s the small things that count. To make your day-to-day working life more pleasant there’s fresh fruit deliveries to most of our sites during the week and free tea and coffee. We also provide free flu jabs in winter and general health checks throughout the year. It’s no wonder we’ve won awards that recognise our efforts to create a healthy workplace.
And it goes further than free coffee; many employees receive discounts in local shops, cafes, gyms and beauty salons.
Our own cash back scheme
We teamed up with Fair Care Advantage to get attractive cashback rates on spending in major high street stores, from Sainsbury’s to Caffè Nero. Employees can also download vouchers and enter monthly competitions.
Season travel ticket loan
Employees with at least six months’ continuous service can apply for an interest free loan, up to a specified amount, to buy a season ticket or parking permit for their travel to work. We’ll give you the full details if you join us.
Discounts on our products for you, your family and friends
We believe in our products, that’s why we’re pleased to give employees a generous discount of 50% when they buy one of our protection plans. If you join us, your immediate family could also receive a 50% discount and your friends could get 25% off our products.
Rewards and recognition
With our company-wide reward scheme, employees can gain points and awards to spend on fun experiences or on vouchers for a huge range of high street shops. They can also award their colleagues points or nominate them for larger awards as recognition for great work.
