Call Centres
What makes our call centres different?
We offer a supportive environment that gives you the tools to excel in customer services and sales. As a key part of a large company, our contact centre employees also have access to some great benefits. And if you decide to take your career further, we’ll be there to help you along the way with additional training and qualifications.
But it’s not all about work and meeting targets. In both our Brighton and Nottingham offices, you’ll find that we encourage many different social and sporting events, making them friendly and fun places to work. Each site is located close to the town centre so commuting is easy. You might be a student balancing study, work and play (and enjoying the nearby nightlife), or a parent looking for part-time work. We can offer you something outside of the usual 9-5.
We celebrate our colleagues for their individuality, including the things they achieve outside of work. You’ll have the chance to share with the whole company any unusual interests, charity work and sporting accomplishments.
As a company, we try to have a positive impact on our local communities by supporting various charities and events. Just a couple of examples include sponsoring the Pride Diversity Games in Brighton and choosing Worlwide Cancer Research, which supports the research into the causes, mechanisms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cancer , as our charity for the year.
