From inception of an idea to the delivery of a new or improved business system, the IT department provides D&G with the full range of IT expertise, whether designing or updating a technical solution, developing coding, managing a project or testing the new system. The department maintains the company’s IT infrastructure and systems and provides 24 hour support to 2,500 users covering operations across 10 countries.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business is critical. It is by understanding their business, their plans, priorities and constraints, that IT can understand their technology needs, and then deliver a solution.
