Welcome to the Domestic & General Graduate Programme. At Domestic & General we understand that investing in graduates is essential for our continued success and this year we are looking to recruit more dynamic graduates to our training scheme.
We are proud of the success of our past graduates. The majority are still with us and have rapidly advanced their careers. Our Group Marketing Director, Group Underwriting & Commercial Finance Director, Director of Marketing, International Operations Manager and Head of Customer Services all joined as graduates. More recent joiners have taken up roles in our International business, Underwriting & Commercial Finance, Marketing and core Finance.
